Ignite Medical has assumed management of three transitional care facilities in a deal with Sabra Health Care REIT.
The partnership became effective Jan. 1 and involved a combined 221 licensed beds.
“From the start of our relationship with Sabra, they have been very operator-friendly and have helped tremendously to provide partnership in the overall aesthetics, financials and patient care of these three facilities,” said Ignite CEO and co-founder Tim Fields. “We are excited to work with the amazing team at each building to bring LuxeRehab to the communities.”
