The nation’s fifth-largest skilled nursing provider added a sixth South Texas property in June to bring its total nationwide site number to 198.
The Ensign Group did not disclose the terms of its June 1 acquisition of Golden Palms Rehabilitation and Retirement, which comprises 60 skilled nursing beds and a senior living center with 38 assisted living beds and 92 independent living units.
Ensign’s 198 SNFs sprawl across 16 states. The company touted record results for 2018 with an adjusted net income of $102.1 million.
