Westgate Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center has named Bhavandeep Bajaj, M.D., as its new subacute medical director. The 120-bed skilled nursing facility provides post-hospital care, short-term rehab and long-term residential care.
Bajaj is board-certified in internal medicine. He maintains a private practice on the Saint Agnes Hospital campus in Baltimore.
Bajaj earned his medical degree from Dayanand Medical College in India and completed his medical residency at Saint Agnes Hospital, where he was the associate chief resident. Bajaj is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
Westgate is operated by Marquis Health Services, a nursing home consulting company currently supporting Mid-Atlantic and New England facilities with nearly 4,500 skilled nursing and assisted living beds.
