Ashleigh Ryan has been named director of nursing at Wellington at Hershey’s Mill, a Benchmark retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in West Chester, PA. In her new position, Ryan will oversee the nursing personnel and patient care, as well as administrative tasks such as record-keeping and budgeting.
Ryan joins Wellington after working as a wellness manager. Before that role, she was the director of nursing for seven years at Genesis Healthcare.
She earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University and a nursing degree from Ocean County College, Toms River, NJ.
