Ricky Van Twest is the new director of dining services at The Buckingham in Houston.
He worked as the director of food and beverage at the Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, the director of banquets operations at Starwood Hotels in Texas, and the director of operations at Centerplate in New Orleans.
He also has worked as the director of food and beverage at a Church of Scientology hotel, The Fort Harrison Hotel in Florida. In addition, he worked for Ritz-Carlton hotels for seven years.
Van Twest attended University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
