Dawn Silverman, RN, is the new director of nursing for the continuing care neighborhood at Seabrook, an Erickson Living community in Tinton Falls, NJ.
Silverman was previously the assistant director of nursing at VIrtua Health System in Voorhees, NJ. Before that, she worked at AtlanticCare in New Jersey, where her positions included emergency room nurse, catastrophic care manager and cardiac telemetry staff nurse.
Silverman completed her bachelor’s degree at Drexel University and a certification in nursing leadership at Villanova University.
