Jayne Sallerson has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Sherpa, a company with a customer relationship management software that works as a sales conversion tool.
Sallerson was previously the executive vice president of sales and marketing for Emeritus Senior Living, whre she managed the sales and marketing merger for more than 250 new acquisitions that included the integration of CRM systems.
She has spent 29 years in the sector, and served as a chairperson and member of the ALFA Sales & Marketing Roundtable for the past 11 years.
Prior to Emeritus, she was the vice president of sales and marketing for Summerville, where she had also worked as a regional director of sales and marketing.
Sallerson was the executive director of the New England Physical Therapy Network for four years, and a national account manager for Unicare Nursing Homes before that.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Clark University.
