Jennifer McNamara has become the associate executive director at Seabrook, a Tinton Falls, NJ senior living community.
She was previously the director of resident life. She started at Seabrook in 2003 as a social worker and was elevated to social work manager in 2007. She became a social work peer team leader for all Erickson LIving communities.
McNamara was promoted in 2015 to become the resident life manager and took over as director of resident life in 2016.
She completed her bachelor’s degree at University of Delaware. McNamara is a licensed clinical social worker and received a master’s degree from Rutgers University.
