Lail named COO

Neal Lail has been named chief operating officer at Affinity Living Group in Hickory, NC.

He joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing in 2016, and was promoted to chief marketing officer in 2018.

Before Affinity he was the vice president of marketing and sales at Fundamental Clinical and Operational for six years, and served in the same role at Fidelis SecureCare. Lail was a SavaSeniorCare Vice President for nine years, and also worked as an administrator director of admission services at Tenet Healthcare for a decade.

Lail graduated from Appalachian State University.
