Cindy LaFleur will be the next executive director of the Catholic Care Center in Bel Aire, KS, the largest continuing care retirement community in south central Kansas.
The Catholic Care Center is a 50/50 joint venture between Ascension Senior Living and the Catholic Diocese of Wichita, which made the announcement.
Locally, Ascension Senior Living’s parent company, Ascension, owns Via Christi Health. LaFleur worked at Via Christi Health for 20 years, where she was most recently the senior administrator of post acute care. She also held positions at Via Christi Hospital St. Joseph in Wichita.
LaFleur completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Kansas and her MBA at Western Governor’s University.
