The Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace has appointed Kyle Hreben, MBA, LNHA, chief operating officer of Peace Care, Inc.

“Kyle’s extensive experience has allowed him to become well-versed in crafting and implementing operational improvement strategies, a talent that is very welcome in our challenging long-term care environment,” Catherine Yaxley, RN and chair of the Peace Care Board of Trustees, said in a statement. ”His knowledge is essential in ensuring we’re keeping up with the ever-changing needs of our residents and making high-quality care a priority.”

Most recently, Hreben was executive director at National Lutheran Communities & Services in Rockville, MD.  He also held administrator roles at Charles E. Smith Life Communities, HCR ManorCare and Cedar Village Retirement Community.

The Peace Care appointment, made by the organization’s congregation leadership team, was effective July 5.

Hreben holds both a bachelor degree in communications management and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
