HJ Sims has announced the addition of a new location in Philadelphia, and the appointment of Jim Bodine as executive vice president of the firm’s investment banking team in senior living.
Bodine has 25 years of investment banking experience with a specialization in healthcare finance and senior living. Before joining HJ Sims, he was managing director at BB&T Capital Markets for eight years, at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC for eight years and at Wheat First Butcher for 11 years.
Bodine earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves on the board of directors and fiscal oversight committee of The Philadelphia Protestant Home, and the Investment Committee of Elwyn. In addition, he is the co-founder of Run to Remember.
