Tim Ficker has returned permanently to the role of executive director at Cypress Cove in Fort Myers, FL, after a six-year absence.
Ficker returned to the 48-acre HealthPark Florida Life Plan Community in an interim capacity last October and recently agreed to remain in the post. He last held the role from 2009 to 2013.
Ficker will have accountability and oversight for Cypress Cove and will use provide support in organizational strategic planning and operations analysis.
Over the last 25 years, Ficker has worked for Erickson Retirement Communities and Shell Point Retirement Community. In 2013, he founded a consulting and coaching firm, TDF Resources, Inc., and has since served with MHS and Trilogy Consulting as managing director. Ficker recently served at University Village in Tampa as its interim executive director and assisted in a bankruptcy reemergence.
He earned a bachelor of arts in history and urban studies from Denison University and a master of arts in theology from Fuller Seminary.
