Jamie Dlatt, a 2019 inductee into the McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor, was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Illinois operations for Legacy Healthcare.
Dlatt has been with Legacy since its inception more than 11 years ago.
As COO, she will oversee a portfolio of 30 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities and 4,500 employees, while focusing on high-level clinical care, outstanding customer service and dedication to employee satisfaction.
She is a licensed nursing home administrator, a certified resident assessment coordinator and a certified dementia practitioner.
Dlatt holds a bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University.
