Robbie Clausen has taken over as CEO of Lakeview Village, following the retirement of president and CEO Jamie Frazier. 

Clausen was most recently chief financial officer for Lakeview, a nonprofit LifePlan community with 700 residents and a staff of 600 in Lenexa, KS. Clausen has spent his entire career working in the senior housing industry. He graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with degrees in accounting and computer science.

He first worked as a CPA for his father, Bob Clausen, who owned and operated nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as home health, therapy, pharmacy and construction companies.

Clausen succeeds Frazier, who held the leadership role for 10 years.

Lakeview also hired Heath Leuck as its new CFO. He holds degrees in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas. For the last seven years, he served as director of finance at John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit, MO.
