Integrace Fairhaven, a continuing care retirement community in Sykesville, MD, has named its newest executive director.
Philip Burkholder will fill the role after spending more than eight years leading United Zion Retirement Community in Lititz, PA. As executive director, he will oversee daily operations while designing and implementing strategic plans for the nonprofit life plan community, which offers skilled nursing services, along with assisted living and outpatient and short-term rehab.
“Having the opportunity to serve at Integrace Fairhaven is truly an honor, as the community offers both a well-established history blended with innovative and forward-thinking services that are so needed and desired today,” Burkholder said in a press release. “I am so glad to be a part of the Integrace team, and I’m inspired to carry on Fairhaven’s great legacy while furthering the organization’s mission to create amazing communities.”
