Abi-Antoun

Presbyterian Homes, provider of life plan communities serving 1,400 residents, has named Nadim Abi-Antoun its new president and CEO, effective Jan. 1.

Since 2015, Abi-Antoun has been chief operations officer at Presbyterian Homes, with locations in Evanston, Lake Forest and Arlington Heights, IL.

He succeeds Todd Swortzel, who previously announced his retirement after 12 years of leadership but will continue to serve as an executive advisor.

Abi-Antoun was selected after a nationwide search that began last summer.

He began his career in senior living in 2001 when he joined CJE SeniorLife as director of information technology. He joined Presbyterian Homes in 2011, first as vice president of information technology.

He is a graduate of the American University of Beirut with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He earned an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is also chair-elect of the LeadingAge IL board and is a co-founder and board member of Brightside, a pediatric cancer research foundation.

Founded in 1904, Presbyterian Homes is an independent, not-for-profit, and faith-based senior living organization.
