Mary Tellis-Nayak, vice president of quality initiatives/strategic advisor, and Jason Stevens, vice president of post-acute care, both of My Innerview, will help providers set attainable goals.
Once a goal is set, Tellis-Nayak and Stevens will discuss the creation and execution of an effective plan.
