Helping frontline caregivers and managers do their jobs better in the COVID-19 era will be the focus of three CE-bearing webinars Thursday (Sept. 17) at the annual McKnight’s Fall Online Expo. 

The environment opens at 10:30 a.m. ET and will feature a variety of virtual booths to visit from top industry vendors. 

The start at 11 a.m. ET with “Lessons from the Front Lines of COVID-19,” featuring firsthand observations of a top manager dealing with infection control, workforce and other key issues. The second webinar begins at 1 p.m. ET and is titled “Engage and Retain — 5 Steps for Decreasing Turnover in a COVID-19 World.” 

The final webinar focuses on a pressing issue for everyone in and around long-term care operations. “Mental Health in Senior Care: Impact of COVID-19 on your Residents and Staff” will start at 2:30 p.m. ET.
