The fourth International Conference on Palliative Care, Medicine and Hospice Nursing will be held at the end of the month in Massachusetts.

Topics include end-of-life discussions in using translated materials, the role of animal-assisted therapy, team function in palliative care, updates on the End of Life Option Act and addressing communication barriers. The theme of the conference, held August 27 and 28, is Heartfelt Patient Care from the Spirit of Innovation.

Discounts for students and young researchers are available. The conference will be held at Crowne Plaza Newton in Newton, MA.
