Assessing and building real-life leadership skills will be the focus of an annual meeting of the American College of Health Care Administrators Monday, August 1, through Friday, August 5. The ACHCA Summer Leadership Conference will take place at the Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel in Bermuda.

The title of the meeting is “The Leadership Challenge: Personal Growth to Maximize Organizational Development.” Participants will meet in the mornings, with workshops that include “Leadership, Values and Beliefs,” “Shared Vision for the Future,” and “Leadership Actions to Getting Extraordinary Things Done.”
