The 2017 winter legislative and regulatory conference of the National Association for the Support of Long-Term Care takes place Monday through Wednesday in Washington.

Sessions will examine legislative goals and strategies with the new administration in place, including how ancillary services will fit into congressional leaders’ agenda of repealing, replacing or repairing the Affordable Care Act. They will also examine priorities for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Office of the Coordinator for Health Information Technology.

Cheryl Phillips, M.D., senior vice president, Public Policy and Health Services at LeadingAge, and William A. Dombi, Esq., vice president for law for the National Association for Home Care and Hospice, will be featured speakers Wednesday morning before attendees adjourn to make visits with lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
