Long-term care stakeholders will receive more valuable insight and advice for dealing with hardships brought on or exacerbated by COVID-19 in a two-pack of educational webinars Wednesday. Coping with the psychological hardships of the coronavirus and reimbursement and recoveries, will be the focal points of the McKnight’s Online Forum COVID-19 Update VIII, on Wednesday. Continuing education credits will be given.

The first webinar will be led by Eleanor Feldman Barbera, Ph.D., an aging and mental health expert and McKnight’s Long-Term Care News’ “The World According to Dr. El” columnist. Starting at 10:30 a.m., she will discuss “Coping with the psychological hardships of COvID-19 on staff, residents and families.”

The second webinar, “Reimbursement and Recoveries for LTC Providers During COVID-19,” will feature Erin Saylor and Kelly Hayes, partner and manager partner, respectively, with Stotler Hayes.
