The National Association for the Support of Long-Term Care (NASL) is offering stakeholders a triple bonus of weekly offerings to form its annual meeting and symposium online this year. The first three Fridays after Election Day — Nov. 6, 13, 20 — will feature top-flight educational and networking offerings.

A pre-conference rehab symposium will take place Nov. 6, followed by online and webinar sessions on policy, clinical, operational and practical sessions covering current issues for rehab therapy, diagnostic testing and health information tech on Nov. 13 and 20.

The top keynote speaker will be David Grabowski, Ph.D., a professor of public health policy at Harvard Medical School, who has studied the effects of COVID-19 on nursing homes and has commented extensively on the historic conditions in the U.S. today. He also was on the national nursing home COVID-19 quality commission that convened over the summer and is a MedPAC commissioner.

The Patient Driven Payment Model, the effects of telehealth, electronic health records, public policy and much more will take center stage during NASL meeting sessions.
