Argentum, the national association dedicated to the better administration of assisted living communities, will hold its annual conference Monday through Wednesday in Minneapolis.

Thousands of senior living professionals, operators, owners, executives and community leaders will gather for the Senior Living Executive Conference & Expo, the official meeting of Argentum. Events will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Best-selling author Rogit Bhargava will be the keynote speaker Tuesday and deliver “How to Lead the Future with Non-Obvious Thinking.” Christopher Ridenhour will lead a keynote on Wednesday.

Educational sessions will encompass building leadership, dining, finance and development, workforce, operations, sales and marketing, career advancement and more.

The Executive Director Leadership Institute will be a focal point.

“The program includes sessions as part of the prestigious and highly rated Executive Director Leadership Institute (EDLI),” organizers noted. “This education helps executive directors develop and strengthen skills in mission critical areas such as operations management, leadership, human resources, sales and marketing, clinical oversight, risk management and more.”

Participants can earn more than 10 CE credits.

An exhibit hall and a variety of networking opportunities also will be available.
