The speakers and agenda have been fully set to welcome attendees at the 4th Annual McKnight’s Women of Distinction Awards ceremony and forum. A dinner gala in Chicago will be held May 12, with the educational forum offering three free CE credits the next morning.

“This is going to be a unique gathering, showcasing some of the best that long-term care has to offer and be proud of,” said McKnight’s Editorial Director and Associate Publisher John O’Connor. “We honor these fine leaders even as they honor all of us by elevating the profile of long-term care. The thought leadership forum is a bonus for anybody who can attends, even just for that morning.”

The McKnight’s Women of Distinction website features the 2022 winners gallery, as well as full information about ticket availability. Operators are encouraged to have employees attend as a vocational/career boost and a way to gain exposure to some of the best the field has to offer.

Patricia Will, founder and CEO of Belmont Village Senior Living, is the 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award winner. She, along with 53 other inspirational leaders across four categories reflecting career stages will be recognized at the awards ceremony.

The next morning, three thought-leadership sessions featuring nationally recognized speakers will allow attendees to earn up to three continuing education credits. Topics covered will include how to improve staffing levels and efficiency, career-building skills, tips for workplace success and more.

Tickets are available for the awards ceremony and forum individually, or as a package. All events will be held at the W Hotel City Center in downtown Chicago.
