Mark Parkinson, AHCA 2018

After a year’s hiatus due to the pandemic, the American Health Care Association / National Center for Assisted Living Convention and Expo is gearing up to happen in person starting Sunday. The 72nd annual meeting runs through Oct. 13 at National Harbor, MD, just outside of Washington, D.C.

A morning Rehab Symposium will kick things off Sunday, held jointly with the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care and its 32nd annual meeting. Both groups will hold educational sessions that day and beyond, with AHCA/NCAL extending for three days. An exhibit hall will be open Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 11 and 12.

All AHCA/NCAL events will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor, MD, while the main NASL activities will take place at the InterContinental Hotel at the DC Wharf in Washington. A virtual attendance option is available for some events.
