The American College of Health Care Administrators has announced that it is moving its annual meeting to Aug. 30 to Sept. 2. It will still be held in New Orleans, the site where it was originally supposed to take place May 3-6 before COVID-19 began its spread in the U.S.
Currently registered attendees for the May event will be automatically transferred to the August-September event or have their fee credited toward the April 2021 annual conference in Baltimore or another learning opportunity.
Hotel reservations that were made for the May event need to be canceled by individuals themselves. Convocation refund requests are not currently being processed, organizers said. For more information about the rescheduling of the 2020 ACHCA Convocation and Expo, click here.
