Zimmet Healthcare Services Group has acquired New-Jersey based Comprehensive Reimbursement Services (CRS).
ZHSG is a compliance consultant for skilled nursing facilities. Under the terms of the deal, ZHSG will absorb all of CRS’ employees and service contracts effective May 1, 2013.
“CRS’ talented consulting team will enable us to further strengthen our core client services, while devoting more resources to developing our audit defense and strategic planning divisions,” said ZHSG senior partner Marc Zimmet.
The merged companies will serve close to 1,000 SNFs and have more than 50 full-time employees.
