Tutera Senior Living & Health Care announced plans to open a Kansas City community next month.

The $55 million, 289,000-square-foot Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community will have 172 independent living apartments by June and 89 memory care and assisted living units by July.

Tiffany Springs will include multiple dining venues, a day spa, healthy menu options, yoga studio, theater room, dog park, Wi-Fi and access to a shopping district.

“We’ve designed Tiffany Springs like a spectacular country club, with beautiful landscaping and unparalleled amenities,” said Joe Tutera, chief executive officer of Tutera Senior Living & Health Care.

The new community will be connected via a breezeway to Tutera’s Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.
