Harborview Capital Partners has arranged a $23.9 million loan for a 180-bed skilled nursing facility located in Middlesex County, NJ.
The loan was refinanced through HUD’s 232/223(f) program.
Harborview also arranged a $22.25 million HUD loan for a 164-bed skilled nursing facility in Chicago.
