Colliers International has brokered the sale of a 64-bed dual licensed skilled nursing and AL facility located on the outskirts of Columbia, SC.
The facility, bought by Mainstay Senior Living, traded at a 11.5% cap rate and $37,500 per bed. Mainstay plans to add a post-acute rehabilitation unit, upgrade clinical capabilities, build a new commercial kitchen and expand the footprint of the facility.
