Senior Living Investment Brokerage recently facilitated the sale of a 122-bed skilled nursing community in a rapidly growing section of the Savannah, GA, metropolitan area.
The 4-star rated community is licensed by the State of Georgia for 122 beds, but currently utilizes only 88. The 4.9-acre site allows for an expansion to maximize licensure.
“SLIB received multiple bids on this community while maintaining confidentiality throughout the process,” said Senior Associate Dan Geraghty. “The Seller ultimately selected the buyer whose future goals lined up well with the staff and residents of the community.”
