Jay Mikosch

The Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences Boca Raton has promoted Jay Mikosch to executive director and hired Barry Audain as administrator of its health center.

The continuing care retirement community this fall announced an expansion to include a new 250,000 square-foot independent living building. The campus opened in 2016 and also offers rehabilitation, skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care.

Prior to his new position, Mikosch was associate executive director at Sinai Residences. He is a licensed nursing home administrator and previously was vice president and secretary of the Florida Health Care Association District VII.

Barry Audain

Mikosh earned a bachelor’s degree in business and gerontology at Minnesota State University, Mankato. 

Audain previously worked at PruittHealth Corporation in Norcross, GA. He is a licensed nursing home administrator with a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Phoenix University and a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Charleston Southern University.
