Envoy America

A fast-growing company, which provides specialized ride-sharing services to elders, just entered three new markets, with 10 more on the horizon.

Chicago; Austin, TX; and Albuquerque, NM, are the latest added to the list for Envoy America, which now serves seniors in a dozen cities. The Phoenix company works to help keep the aging population independent, with “elevated” ride-sharing services like those provided by Uber and Lyft, including help pushing a grocery cart, getting to church, running errands, and taking clients to appointments, according to a press release. They plan to add almost 10 more cities to the list by the end of this year.

Envoy drivers undergo specialized training in serving and caring for the elderly, and the new markets will be captained by individuals who formerly worked in home-based care and senior living.
