Reliant Renal Care announced a partnership in Pennsylvania to allow SNFs to have mobile, onsite dialysis.
The company developed an onsite program that increases treatments to five times per week for up to 2.5 hours each treatment. More frequent treatments of shorter duration for dialysis patients improves clinical outcomes, including less risk of hospitalization and reduction in medications.
