Diversicare Healthcare Services and its 62 skilled nursing facilities have outsourced therapy services to Reliant Rehabilitation.

Diversicare previously provided physical, occupational and speech therapy services through its Diversicare Therapy Services subsidiary. Now, Reliant Rehabilitation will absorb Diversicare therapy staff, who will have access to Reliant’s clinical pathways, therapy education and career growth opportunities.
Diversicare offers post-acute care services at 62 skilled nursing centers with more than 7,000 beds, primarily in the Southeast, Midwest and Southwest United States.
Reliant already had more than 9,000 therapists working nationally in nearly 900 nursing homes.
