Population health partnership announced

higi SH llc (higi), a population health company, and Bridge Connector have announced a new partnership.

Any system using higi health stations with Health Connect, and any electronic health records system using Bridge Connector, can engage and manage patient data. The goal is to let providers manage their patient data with real-time risk identification for care intervention and ongoing preventative programs.
