Change Healthcare announced it had bought the intellectual property and other assets from PokitDok Inc, a platform-as-a-service company for healthcare.

Integrating PokitDok APIs into the network will add new capabilities for digital health, telemedicine and other help with supporting value-based healthcare, Change officials said.

Change Healthcare will incorporate PokitDok’s blockchain use cases as well as DokChain™ technology, expertise, and toolsets to provide even more advanced blockchain capabilities in the Change Healthcare Intelligent Healthcare Network, the company said.
