PointClickCare has added Condition Evaluation to its eINTERACT certified tool, the company announced.
The tool evaluates resident condition and determines the best approach for managing and communicating changes, and is a first in the long-term care industry, the company said.
The eINTERACT Change in Condition Evaluation is the only certified offering of its kind available in the market. Working with Florida Atlantic University, the company combined the INTERACT 3.0 SBAR communication tool and decision support care paths and care cards.
