PointClickCare has set up a Mobile Practitioner Engagement Solution to enhance care coordination. Practitioners can now view charts, co-sign orders and conduct secure, HIPAA-compliant mobile conversations. Staff can do this through their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch devices.
The Practitioner Engagement solution has key features, including engagement with PointClickCare Secure Conversations, which allows clinical staff to contact practitioners via text messages; Mobile Patient Charts, where practitioners can access a patient chart for easier access to history; and Mobile Order Signatures, where practitioners can electronically sign orders with a touch of a button.
