SmartLinx Solutions has announced a partnership with DailyPay, an on-demand payment platform.
DailyPay integrates with SmartLinx’s payroll and time/attendance systems, the companies said. This lets employees access their earnings before payday. The system is compliant in all 50 states and does not change the timing of payroll funds.

CommuniCare is a post-acute care provider using the integration, executives said.
“This new combined offering means that employers like us will not be faced with changing our existing payroll process while extending the benefit of on-demand payment to our employees,” said Gregory Keller, VP of Human Resources at CommuniCare.
