Strawberry Fields REIT LLC has bought a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Louisville, KY, for $21.8 million.
Parkway Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 252-bed facility that is currently at 89% occupancy.
The purchase was financed with a $15 million loan from Bank Leumi. The Landmark Group will be the tenant.
Strawberry Fields owns 59 facilities located in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Texas, Michigan Tennessee, Kentucky and Oklahoma.
