Netsmart has been ranked number one in multiple areas spanning the human services and post-acute care settings, according to Black Book Research’s annual survey.
The IT company earned the top 2019 client-rated spots in the Behavioral Health EHR, Skilled Nursing and Senior Living EHR, Home Healthcare IT Solutions, Care Coordination Solutions and Highest Client Satisfaction categories. Black Book evaluates feedback on 18 performance indicators, such as client experience and customer satisfaction.
