The Ganzhorn Suites, based in Powell, OH, recently received a $14.6 million cash out refinance through the Fannie Mae Seniors Housing program.
Lancaster Pollard Mortgage Company, a division of ORIX Real Estate Capital assisted the transaction. It provided a fixed rate, non-recourse 12-year term financing for The Ganzhorn Suites’ property.
The Ganzhorn Suites of Powell is a 64-unit specialized memory care community that offers special services for Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
