Medline and Constant Care Technology have announced an agreement for Medline to acquire Constant Care’s CareConnection.
The platform allows vital signs to be integrated into electronic health records from companies such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, American HealthTech and others.
Monitoring vital signs is a core function of nursing care, but it is often done manually and can lead to errors. As part of the acquisition, the CareConnection team will join Medline’s Diagnostics division led by Ben Duck.
