Lighthouse Care Updates is licensing its family communication portal to Restore Health at University City in Philadelphia.
Since its pilot program in 2016, Lighthouse has created solutions ranging from online reputation management to customized satisfaction surveys.
“The way the world communicates has changed,” said Kevin Goedeke, founder and president of Lighthouse. “The family members of our customers expect information about their loved one in real time no matter where they are. Our platform provides photo, video, and text updates about your loved one right on your mobile device.”
Restore Health at University City was recently purchased by Mid-Atlantic Healthcare, an experienced owner/operator in the Mid-Atlantic region. Restore Health at University City will be partnering with several companies including Real Time Medical Systems and Provider Partners Health Plan to leverage technology in providing quality care and outcomes for its residents.
