HealthcareSource has acquired Lean Human Capital after a year-long partnership between the companies.
HealthcareSource is a talent management company, helping providers process 10 million applications and nearly 200,000 performance reviews. Lean Human Capital offers its services to 850 different organizations, educating 10,000 recruiters and talent management professionals.
The combined company will now serve over 3,000 healthcare clients, which includes more than 50% of the nation’s hospitals.

Lean Human Capital will be operated as a business unit within HealthcareSource but will continue to publish its annual industry-wide healthcare recruitment study.
