Lancaster Pollard has opened a new office in Chicago, which will be headed by Brett Murphy. He will oversee seniors housing and healthcare clients.
The firm has closed close to 100 transactions of almost $1 billion in loan and par amounts for Illinois-based organizations.
Murphy joined Lancaster Pollard in 2013 and was promoted to vice president in 2015.
“Brett was instrumental in the closing of many of Lancaster Pollard’s Illinois transactions, including projects for skilled nursing, assisted living, supportive living (Medicaid-waiver assisted living) and hospital facilities. His experience with Illinois’ unique Medicaid and certificate of need (CON) programs will be extremely valuable for our clients,” said Steve Kennedy, senior managing director at Lancaster Pollard
