Lancaster Pollard has assisted Wilmac Corporation in refinancing $30.8 million for three of its facilities: Attleboro Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, the Brunswick at Attleboro and the Brunswick at Longstown. The facilities offer assisted living and skilled nursing.

Lancaster Pollard also announced $12.4 million in refinancing for two Heritage Enterprises’ assisted living facilities: Evergreen Place and Evergreen Village Supportive Living. The properties are in Normal, IL, and are operated by Heritage. They are owned by joint ventures with Heritage and two other organizations.

The company also announced $6.6 million in refinancing for Hillside Manor, a 204-bed skilled nursing facility located in St. Louis, and $4.4 million in refinancing on the recently purchased Adams Street Care Center, a 62-bed skilled nursing facility in Jefferson City, MO.
